The prize was awarded to Pasquale Natuzzi “for representing the Italian excellence in the interior design industry, an example of creativity and innovation appreciated all over the world”
Pasquale Natuzzi, chairman and CEO of Natuzzi Group, received the special prize “Italian Talent Award 2015” for representing Made in Italy around the world. The committee selected Mr. Natuzzi “for representing the Italian excellence in the interior design industry, an example of creativity and innovation appreciated all over the world”.
The award - established by the Italian Talent Association with the patronage of the Senate of the Republic, the Chamber of Deputies, the Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Agricultural Policy and the Board of Health – recognizes journalists and organizations that excel in promoting Made in Italy around the world.
Natuzzi, together with the other winners of the special award, was selected also because of “the high level and quality of its products, its competence and reputation, its attention to solidarity and innovation, especially with respect to social responsibility and eco-sustainability”.
Among winners there are Italian personalities that, like Mr. Natuzzi, are well-known and appreciated outside Italian borders: Oscar Farinetti, owner of the high-end Italian food mall chain Eataly, Bona Frescobaldi, member of the prominent Florentine noble family Frescobaldi, and Lidia Bastianich, the Italian born American celebrity chef, television host, author, and restaurateur.
